On December 18, 1995, the Frontier Prairie Brewing Co. opened a brewpub in the High Noon Saloon. New owners in 1998 changed the name to the High Noon Saloon & Brewery. The brewpub is housed in a converted warehouse and cast iron stove factory and uses a 7-bbl Price-Schonstrom brewhouse.
