In June 1997, Wild Onion Brewing Co. opened at 28W039 Commercial Ave. in
Lake Barrington. The brewery closed in 2003 and moved to 22221
Pepper Pike also in Lake Barrington. They use a 10-hl Salmbrau brewhouse
from Vienna, Austria which they purchased from Zip City.
